Fluorogypsum production process

  • Raw Material Supply and Control

    Strict testing of calcium sulfate content and impurity levels is conducted before entry into the factory to ensure processing standards and long-term supply stability.

  • Primary Processing

    Raw materials are crushed, screened, and dried to the appropriate particle size and moisture content (≤1%), providing a stable foundation for subsequent purification and modification processes.

  • Purification and Modification

    Through defluorination, desulfurization, and calcination modification technologies, the content of harmful elements is reduced, and the activity index of calcium sulfate is improved, allowing the product to be directly used in building materials, road bases, and fine chemical fields.

  • Product Customization

    Particle size, moisture content, and setting time can be adjusted according to customer needs. The product can also be processed into gypsum molds, decorative moldings, or chemical whiskers to meet the needs of various industries.
